Can I just drop-in?

If you've never been to our academy before, please fill out the "reserve a spot" area on our website before arriving. This helps us manage our schedule and ensure we have space available at your desired first class.

What do I wear to my first class?

New students should wear comfortable clothes with a clean pair of socks.

What should I expect? Can I watch my first class?

New students should arrive 10 minutes early to their first class. You can participate as much or as little as you'd like for your first class. We have new students starting every week so you won't be alone! Classes can vary but generally we will start with an active warm up and then move into techniques and specific training of the day.

How do memberships work?

Before signing up for a membership, we offer an introductory trial to try us out! Then, we offer various options including month-to-month memberships where you can cancel anytime.

Can I pause my membership?

Yes! Membership pauses are available!

What's the best way to start?
